This Six-Day-Week Practice is designed to give those that do a traditional practice of six days a week a full and balanced yoga schedule, including a restorative for the last day. It's a wonderful practice. If you're considering the jump to six days a week, here you go! Try it, you certainly won't regret it.

Day 1: Core

This practice focuses on the Jump Through - a core engaging movement that'll get the fires burning.

Day 2: Twists

This practice focuses on Handstand with a Twist.. literally.

Day 3: Hips & Shoulders

This practice focuses on Bird of Paradise - a very challenging standing hip opener that also gets into those shoulders.

Day 4: Back Bends

This practice focuses on Ustrasana or Camel Pose - an accessible but deep back bend.

Day 5: Inversions

This practice focuses on Straight-Leg Scorpion Pincha Mayurasana - an extremely advanced inversion that requires full body engagement.

Day 6: Restorative

This practice we slow things down, and really dive into our body & mind.
